Really great quote. However I wonder if you reverse the quote, what will befall it then? To pray without being a Christian, is no more possible than to be alive without breathing, or is it? I know several who do offer up a utterance to God. In times of need. Yet is this the ferverent prayer that God seeks? Will it fall on deaf ears? I like to think not, but it is something to ponder.

  2. The Word says

If I regard iniquity in my heart,
    The Lord will not hear.
    Psalm 66:18

Prayer is about relationship. Do you have many friends that only call you when they want something? Or only when you can help them out? Do you really consider them a friend? You might help them out but you probably do not celebrate your life with them.

God wants more than our request. He wants to be more to us than EMS or Santa Clause.

    What do you think?
