I am going to try to spell out some of the laws of leadership I have observed, experienced, etc.
The attitudes and values a person has about a organization will directly reflect the attitudes and values of that individual’s leader.
If a leader is last minutes about things, everyone on their teams will be “last minute”. If the attitude of the leader is that ministry is valuable and worth investment, individuals on that team will also value the ministry as a worthy investment.
This is why it is important to choose the leaders you will employee. This is why it is important as a leader to ask yourself, “What are the attitudes and values I am seeing from individuals in this organization?” After evaluating those attitudes and values, ask yourself if you have been displaying or modeling these values and attitudes.
